The 30-day performance pilot
Experience the Averra Standard for 30 Days.
Try a professionally managed commercial cleaning program with a defined scope, measurable service reporting and no automatic annual commitment.
Plainly
It is paid, and the terms are written down first.
The pilot is a paid service, not a no-cost trial. The fee is normally the approved price for the defined service period, and the written proposal states it before you agree to anything.
The proposal sets out the scope, the dates, the fee and what happens at the end. It stays a draft until it has been approved. Nothing on this page is a contract.
What a pilot includes
- Approved pricing and cleaning scope
- Service frequency and dates
- Provider assignment for your property, set out in writing
- A baseline site assessment
- Job completion records
- Quality inspections
- Issue and corrective-action tracking
- A midpoint customer review
- An end-of-pilot summary
- An optional recurring-service proposal
The checkpoints
Five checkpoints in 30 days.
Each one has a purpose and leaves a record you can read.
Day 0
Onboarding and baseline
Access and contacts are confirmed, the scope is walked through with you, and a baseline assessment of the space is recorded.
Day 7
Quality check
A scored inspection against the written scope. Anything that falls short is logged as an issue with an owner.
Day 14
Customer feedback and corrections
A midpoint review with you: what is working, what is not, and the corrections agreed.
Day 28
Performance summary
Completion records, inspection results and the status of every issue are put together in one summary.
Day 30
Pilot conclusion and optional renewal
The pilot ends. You can stop there, or ask for a recurring-service proposal.
No automatic renewal
Is it for you?
Who a pilot suits, and who it does not.
It suits
- An office or property that wants to see a managed program working before committing to one
- A property manager comparing reporting and follow-up before moving several locations
- A company opening, moving or renewing that wants a defined start
- A team that can name one person to give feedback at the checkpoints
It does not suit
- Anyone looking for a no-cost trial of cleaning
- A one-off or emergency clean, which is better served by Get Cleaning Now
- Anyone who needs a promised outcome: a pilot measures the service, it does not promise a result
- Properties outside the kinds of space we serve
The customer portal
What you would see in the customer portal during a pilot.
The checkpoint results are meant to be read in the customer portal: each visit's service report, scored inspections, open issues and the corrections made. Below is a working sample of that view.
- A service report for every visit
- Scored inspections, with findings and what was done about them
- Open and closed issues
- Requests you raise, and where they stand
Sample data onlyThis is not a real customer or a real result

Questions
Straight answers about the pilot.
Next step
Ask what a pilot would look like for your property.
Tell us about your space. If a pilot makes sense, the written proposal sets out the scope, the dates and the fee before you agree to anything.
