Privacy notice
What happens to the details you send us.
Plain words about what this website collects, why, who can see it, how long we keep it and how to ask us to correct or delete it.
Last updated 19 October 2026.
Who we are
This website is run by Averra Facility Group LLC, a New York limited liability company, which plans and manages commercial cleaning programs for properties in New York City. In this notice, “we” means Averra Facility Group LLC.
You can reach us about anything in this notice at info@averrafacilities.com or (347) 454-6229.
What we collect, and when
We collect personal information only when you choose to send it to us: in the request forms, the contact form, a walkthrough request, the property assessment, or a message to the assistant that you choose to send on to the team.
- What you type or choose: your name, company, work email address, telephone number, and the answers about your property and your cleaning needs (for example the kind of property, its approximate size, its ZIP code, how often you want cleaning, or what is not working today).
- Where you came from, sent with a request you submit: the page you were on, the campaign tag or referral code in the link you used (for example utm_source), the website that sent you (its name only), and the page you landed on. This is kept in your browser tab until you send a form, and is sent only with that form.
- Server records: like any website, our hosting provider and our server keep short technical records (such as your network address and the page requested) for security and to keep the site running.
What we do not do
The public pages of this site do not set cookies and do not use advertising or tracking services. We do not ask for payment details, passwords or identity numbers in any request form, and you do not need to send a contract to ask for a review.
We count some steps on the site (for example that a request form was opened or a screen finished) without any name, address or other identifier of you. These are totals by day, which cannot be traced back to a person. Staff and client sign-in pages use a sign-in cookie, which is needed to keep you signed in.
How we use it
We use what you send to reply to you about your request by phone or email, to prepare a walkthrough or a written proposal if you ask for one, to judge which requests a person should read first, and to keep a record of our dealings with you.
We do not send marketing email. We would add you to a mailing list only if you asked us to.
Sending a request is not a booking, a service agreement or a price. Nothing is confirmed until we confirm it to you.
Where it is kept and who can see it
Requests are stored in our own database on our hosting provider. Only people at Averra who handle requests can read them, and the staff pages need a sign-in and a second verification step.
We use service providers to run the site and to email our team about new requests (a hosting provider and an email delivery service). They handle the information only to provide that service to us.
We may copy the details of a request into a customer-relationship tool used only by Averra, to keep track of follow-up. If we do, the same limits in this notice apply.
We do not sell your information. We may share it if the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep a request for as long as we need it to respond and to keep a record of our dealings with you. We do not yet delete requests automatically. If you want yours deleted or corrected, ask us (see below) and we will do it, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@averrafacilities.com with the reference we showed you when you sent the request (it looks like AVER-PRO-ABCDE12345). If you do not have the reference, tell us the email address you used.
You can also ask us to stop contacting you about a request. We will not contact you again about it.
Other sites
Our pages link to other sites, for example our Instagram account (@averrafacilities). Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
Changes
If what this site does with your information changes, we will update this page and its date before the change takes effect.
